Since joining Keller Williams as a Mega Agent, Connie has continued to expand her team and her goals. She has grown in the past few years from a single agent to the leader of a team of eight, and has personally overseen the training of each person on her team. She is readily available for questions or guidance when needed. She also conducts bimonthly team meetings for teaching purposes and accountability, as well as to encourage teamwork and personal growth.
